Buzz 4 BusinessMy name is Cindy and I own Heart To Heart Seniorcare. I have helped seniors for the past 8 years, and I LOVE what I do! It's my "calling" in life! I feel there is alot of seniors and their loved ones out there that need our help, whether its in-home care, a place to find resources, a support group, dementia/alzhemier's information, how a senior can stay safe in their homes, how to avoid moving a senior to a nursing home/assisted living, providing respite care for loved ones and just someplace to get some answers. This group will hopefully do all that plus more!
In this age of global turmoil, I felt it necessary to create a group that gives the average citizen an outlet for their voice and opinions!
This group allows you to post your comments, concerns, stories, and ideas on these very dynamic topics. Feel free to comment on the candidates political, global, economic and voting history.
Without an informed citizenry, we will be doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past, can we afford that in todays climate of dramatic global change, and can we allow the forces behind these changes to go undisclosed?
Please join our group to add your new sources and resources; for each one of us to network and share together! Remember: a commuity is like a family and those who share stay together!
Welcome to our home-based businesses group! This group is dedicated to those who are representatives of home-party plan companies such as Mary Kay, Tupperware, Watkins, PartyLite, Fifth Avenue Collection, etc. (This is definitely NOT an all-inclusive listing!)
Please join us to share ideas, event information & training ideas!
We meet the 4th Monday of each month at the Perkins Restaurant in Savage. (No meetings in June, July, Nov. or Dec.) We also have a North Metro Chapter that meets in Hugo.

Hi I'm Angela Grosklags an LCC for Cultural Care. I have a group of au pairs with Cultural Care, but we would like to include all au pairs from the area.
As a reader my ears are always perked to book signings in the area. When I saw one of my favorite authors, Jodi Picoult, will be in the area for a book signing I was immediately intrigued.
She's promoting her new book, "House Rules." Here's the synopsis of the book: "Devoted mother Emma Hunt is shocked when she and her family suddenly find themselves at the center of a police investigation after Jacob - her 18-year-old son with Aspergers's syndrome- is accused of murder in this hautning novel from the best selling author of 'Handle with Care.'"
Since I posted the story about the shadowman on 169 between Chaska and Belle Plaine, a number of people had told me that they have seen him or something strange along the highway. Most of these sightings were between Jordan and Belle Plaine.
I may not fit in with the majority of my age bracket, but I can't wait to bid adieu to Conan O’Brien. I have never been a fan and really dislike him. There is a fight over the remote control in my house now that the red-headed, jumping host has taken over as we’re split on liking and disliking him. When Jay Leno was winding down to leave I was seriously upset. I always watch Jay over David Letterman, I just like him best.
Hi Everyone
Here is the last blog for the year and I thought I would reflect on the past year.
I have to say this has been a very exciting year for our group.
I have done more house cleansings this year then I have ever did in one year, 5 of them.
Our team was able to take a road trip to The Axe Murder house in Iowa. This was a very exciting trip for us. We are hoping to return next year.
Our Nanny State Mayor wants to spend time policing people behavior, but apparently can figure out a way to get our snow plows working.
Country Roads - Clear.
All the store Parking Lots - Clear.
Every driveway on the street (even the guy who does it without a snow blower) - Clear.
Side Streets in Savage - Piled up with snow.
Maybe they are saving money since they are planning on closing down all the business with the stupid Hwy 13 interchange.
When do we get to vote this council out?
Where's the worst pothole in Savage? Let everyone know so that they can avoid the problem!
Do you love the smell of melting snow? It is the quintessential smell of spring in my book! What other spring smells do you love?
Did you dance for Esther Bowles when she offered dance classes in Savage and other nearby communities? If so, please leave your memories of her here!
Lent started this week. What are you giving up? Why? What's unique about your sacrifice?
Now that the season of Lent is upon us and fish fryers are being fired up on Wednesdays and Fridays, where's the best place to enjoy a fish meal? Do the volunteers who put on the tried-and-true church basement fish frys serve up the best meals? What about fish frys at local Legions, VFWs and KC Halls? Where are the best fish fries south of the river? Tell us about it so that we can write up a nice review before the 40 days of Lent are over!
Breakfast mini-meal:
One toasted bagel, buttered.
Add canned, drained fire roasted, or fresh sliced tomatoes.
Top with sliced onions and 5-6 black olives.
Sprinkle with your favorite Mrs Dash spices.
Glass of orange juice.
Glass of milk
Your favorite dount or danish for desert.
